Wilson is an experienced barrister in the areas of commercial, corporate and cross-border litigation. He is one of the few barristers qualified in both Hong Kong and Australia. His dual admissions, coupled with his extensive international experience, place Wilson in a unique position to deliver a high degree of value when acting in matters which have both Hong Kong and Australian element.
Possessing extensive courtroom experience, Wilson has appeared both led and unled in a wide variety of courts and tribunals at first instance and on appeal, in both civil and criminal (summary hearings and jury trials) jurisdictions.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Wilson practised as a solicitor at the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW). He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
